Information we collect
- Account and contact details: name, email, phone number, company name.
- Order details: project brief, plan selection, and delivery notes.
- Payment data processed by Razorpay (we do not store full card numbers).
- Usage data such as pages visited and basic device/browser information.
How we use information
- To create and manage your account and orders.
- To deliver websites/apps and keep them live under your subscription.
- To send order updates, invoices, and support replies.
- To improve our service and prevent fraud or abuse.
Sharing
We share data only with providers needed to run the service (for example hosting, email, and payment processors). We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how visitors find and use buildnkeep.com, and to measure our advertising. These set cookies and share limited usage data — pages viewed, device and browser information, approximate location, and whether an order was started or paid — with Google and Meta, who may process it outside India. We never send them your project brief, or your card or bank details.
You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, through your Meta ad preferences, or by blocking cookies in your browser. Blocking them does not affect your ability to place or manage an order.
Live chat
Our website chat is provided by Tawk.to. If you start a chat, your messages and any contact details you type are stored by Tawk.to on our behalf so we can reply. The widget also sets cookies to keep your conversation going between pages. Please do not send card, bank, or password details over chat.
Data retention
We keep account and order records while your relationship with us is active and as needed for legal, tax, or dispute purposes.
