BuildNKeep is a brand owned and operated by NAP Designs. By using BuildNKeep or placing an order, you agree to these terms with NAP Designs.
Services
We design and build websites, web apps, mobile apps, or custom software as described in your selected plan and approved service plan. After go-live, a monthly keep fee covers hosting and agreed care.
Orders and approval
- You provide accurate contact and project details.
- We share a service plan for approval before major build work.
- Build timelines start after required details and approvals are complete.
Subscriptions and buyout
- Monthly keep fees begin when the product goes live (unless agreed otherwise).
- You may buy out source ownership for the listed buyout price; keep fees for that project then stop.
- Until buyout, BuildNKeep retains necessary rights to host and maintain the product.
Customer responsibilities
You must have rights to content you provide (text, images, logos, data). You are responsible for how you use the finished product and for complying with applicable laws.
Acceptable use
You may not use our services for illegal, harmful, or abusive activity. We may suspend service if terms are violated or payment fails.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, BuildNKeep is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for a claim related to a project is limited to fees paid for that project in the prior 3 months.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
