BuildNKeep is a brand of NAP Designs. We want the process to feel fair and clear. This policy explains when refunds may apply.
Before build starts
If you cancel after ordering but before you approve the service plan / before build work begins, contact us promptly. Eligible prepaid amounts for unused work may be refunded after review.
After you approve the plan
Once you approve the service plan and build is underway, fees for work already performed are generally non-refundable.
Monthly keep subscription
- Keep fees cover the current billing period of hosting and care.
- You may cancel future renewals; the current paid period usually remains active until it ends.
- Partial-month refunds are not typically provided unless required by law or a billing error.
Buyout payments
Completed buyout payments for source ownership are non-refundable once ownership transfer steps have started or completed.
Quality issues
If something is materially wrong with delivery versus the approved plan, contact us within your review window. We will first attempt to fix the issue. Refunds, if any, are decided case by case.
How to request a refund
Email support@buildnkeep.com with your order ID, registered phone/email, and reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
